Congratulations! Hopefully you are reading this information because you have decided to order a portrait. I have tried to make the process as simple as possible. If after reading this you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

How To Order

To order and email your pet's photo, all you have to do is contact me. We can discuss the details of your portrait easier through email than through an order form.

Order By Mail

If you would like to order by mail print this order form. Mail your photo(s) along with your payment. I will return your photo(s) with your portrait.

Email Your Photos

First, let's talk about the photograph I will need from you. Remember this. I have never seen your pet, therefore I do not know what they look like.

Every pet has characteristics that make them special. Make sure I can "see" them on your photo.

I will need to see clear details. Especially the eyes and nose.

Get down at eye level with your pet to take the photo. Take the photo out in the sunlight if possible. A flash tends to distort the eyes.

No "snap shots". There just isn't enough detail. By snap shots, I mean those little old photographs in your photo albums. Let me see the "whites of their eyes".

The photo does not have to be in color. A black and white photo is fine as long as it is detailed.

If you are ordering a 2 subject portrait, you can send seperate photos of each pet. I can draw them together into one portrait.

If you are unable to email your photo, please contact me and I'll give you my mailing address. All photos will be returned with your completed portrait.

When you decide on the size of your portrait (9X12 or 11X14) you can check my Prices Page to see exactly what your final price will be.

Remember, the shipping is Free.

Payment

One half deposit is required before I begin your portrait. The other half is due when your portrait is finished. I will email you a copy of your completed portrait for your approval.

Pay Pal

I can accept all major credit cards through Pay Pal. You don't have to join anything. If you have a Pay Pal account, so much the better.

When you order, I'll give you direct access to my Pay Pal shopping cart. Pay Pal is 100% safe. Please visit Pay Pal's Website for security information.

Checks and Money Orders

I will also accept your personal checks made out to me, Steve Ramer. The check will have to "clear" before work begins.

Money orders are fine also. If you decide to pay by check or money order, please contact me and I'll email you my mailing address.

Estimated Completion Date

I will give you my best estimate of when your portrait will be finished. I have a back log at the present time. That back log shrinks from time to time, but it also gets longer around major holidays like Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day.

Please don't wait until the week before you need your portrait to order. I finish my portraits on a first come first served basis.

When your portrait is finished, I will email you along with a copy so you can see it before I mail it to you.

If this is a gift, I can also mail your portrait directly to anyone you like if you so choose.

Delivery of Your Portrait

All of my portraits are mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. I have tried them all, but the good old postal service has been the best. I have never had a problem with them.

Your portrait will be packed in a sturdy, cardboard, flat "photo-mailer".

If you are not 100% satisfied with your portrait, I will return the entire purchase price. I want happy customers so that you will order again and tell your friends too!
